The studio where Ava takes gymnastics had their final showcase today at a local theater. The studio teaches many different classes such as tap, dance, ballet, gymnastics, baton, drama, model, etc. Every class performed on stage except the gymnastics classes. The stage was not big enough for the gymnasts to do all their stunts so their showcase is next Tuesday at the studio. 
However, the instructors picked three younger students to give a preview of what the show would be like on Tuesday. Ava was one of the students selected! She was so excited! She was also the youngest student selected. The others were several years older than Ava, but she could do everything they did on stage. At one point in the preview she tripped up a little and I was afraid she was going to get upset, but she didn't. She hopped right up and went on to do the most difficult stunt of all and executed it perfectly!! I was so proud of her! For barely five years old, she was able to suck it up and go on to finish her performance with perfection! I can't wait until her big show! 
Olivia also performed a tap and ballet number. She did so good and was definitely the leader of her group.
