Ava's Kindergarten Graduation

Marching in to the ceremony

Ava's school hosted it's annual Kindergarten graduation ceremony last night.  All of the kindergarteners had speaking parts and each student received a diploma.  Ava was in charge of the pledge.  Her part went something like this:

"We must all try to remember everything that we have to do.  So first we'll stand and pledge allegiance to our dear red, white, and blue."  Then she led the audience in the pledge of allegiance.  At the end of the ceremony, each student received a diploma to show they had officially graduated to the 1st grade!  Ava has been so excited about graduation and has practice her part every day!  After graduation was over, we all went for a celebratory supper at a local sandwich shop!
