Claire's Minnie Mouse Birthday Party

Claire's 2nd birthday party was last Saturday! She loves Minnie Mouse so we had Minnie Mouse invitations, decorations, and a Minnie Mouse cake! Her Minnie Mouse cake was the cutest cake I think I have ever seen! Beth Peacock usually makes the girls' cakes and she does a wonderful job! Claire even got to wear her Minnie Mouse ears she got from Disney World this past summer. We invited family and a few of her little friends. I was hoping the weather would not be very cold & it was okay for the kids to go outside and play for a little while. Claire was so excited that some of her friends from "school" got to come to her party!! We served hotdogs, chili, & broccoli cheese soup...and of course, cake & ice-cream. She got a lot of nice things! She got some clothes, toys, a wagon, and a beautiful toy box! She loved sitting in the wagon & she and Ava sat in it the rest of the night. Her toy box was a gift from my side of the family. The toy box is cedar lined and can act as a hope chest when she gets older! Everything was perfect & Claire was so happy!!
