Every year Blackshear hosts a Christmas parade. This past Monday we met up with a bunch of family to watch the parade. Every year the parade gets a little more enjoyable because the older the kids get, the more "into" the parade they are. This year Ava & Olivia loved going after the candy and were very excited to see what was on each float! There were many beautiful floats and lights! The girls waited in anticipation to see Santa Claus...and he finally arrived at the very end! They were so excited to see him! After the parade, we all went back to Granny Buie's house and ate spaghetti & soup for supper. I love little hometown parades!
