Tonight was Christmas open house at the girls' school. The whole kindergarten class sang several Christmas songs for the parents and the cast of Aladdin performed a song from their play. Both girls did a great job! After they finished their performances, we walked to their classrooms to see some of the projects they have been working on. Each girl had several short writing pieces displayed in the hall along with pictures they had completed. It is always interesting to see what our girls write about. The girls' school always does such a great job of opening the school for Christmas and providing entertainment and displaying student work. Everything is always so decorated and there are many activities in which to participate. Cookie decorating, a Christmas movie, Santa's shop was open for business, and providing supper are just a few things offered at this event. The Big Guy himself even made a guest appearance.
