Our first day was spent at Hollywood Studios. It was a full day too! We entered the park at 8:00am and left around 8:00pm. This park has grown since the last time I visited and there were many cool things to see. I am going to highlight some of our favorites below:
#1: Tower of Terror- This ride is probably the most popular in the park. It is a 12 story drop! No thank you! However, Kelly, Ava, and Claire thought it would be fun so they rode it. Claire did not like the scary story that went along with the ride but was okay with the drop. Ava was all about it! She wanted to ride again!
#2: Breakfast with Sofia the First and Doc McStuffins- This was THE highlight of Julianna's day and it will get a separate post all to itself.
#3: Shows- There are many shows to see at Hollywood Studios and all of them are awesome! Some of our favorites were the Frozen Sing-a-Long, Beauty and the Beast Live on Stage, and Disney Junior.
#4: Rides- There are not many rides at Hollywood Studios, but we rode most of the ones they did have. Toy Story Midway Mania was fun and we also rode The Great Movie Ride.
#5: Characters- In addition to the characters we met at our breakfast, we met a a toy soldier walking along the streets of Hollywood Studios.
#6: Movies- Hollywood Studios has many movie props, memorabilia, and rides dedicated to movies past and present. One surprising and exciting piece was the actual carriage from the movie Cinderella. The recently released version of this favorite classic has been a huge hit across the country and with the Murray girls. We were able to get our picture made in front of the carriage as well as hold the glass slipper. The pictures of the carriage do not do it justice. It is simply breathtaking! We also watched a show on how stunts are accomplished for movies. It was very, very cool!
