Stop, Drop, and Roll

This past week at her school Claire learned about fire safety.  She made a picture with fire and the words Stop, Drop, and Roll at the top.  We have a family fire drill that we have done in the past and I asked Claire if she remembered what to do if the fire alarm went off.  She remembered what to do and where the rendevous point was outside.  She also informed me several times that if fire got on me I had to Stop, Drop, and Roll to get the fire off:)  This past Thursday, the fire truck visited her school and the kids had an opportunity to hear the siren and look inside the truck.  She really enjoyed getting to see a real fire truck up close.
