Christmas Eve

Our family has several Christmas Eve traditions and we continued those traditions this year.  We started off by attending our church's Christmas Eve service.  This year everyone got a candle to turn on during the singing of Silent Night.  It was so beautiful and was one of my favorite parts of the service.

Next, we headed to my parents' house to eat and open gifts.  We always have such a good time together and this year we had two new additions to our family; Cassie's fiancee Nick and Quincy's boyfriend Chase.  Both fit in perfectly with our family!

 After we left mom and dad's, we went home to spread out reindeer food and lay out brownies and milk for Santa.  The girls were so excited that it took Kelly and I a while to get them into bed.  Finally they went to sleep and so did we.  Merry Christmas!
