Halloween

Today was trick or treating in our town so we got all dressed up and made our way to the usual spot...Granny Buie's house.  This year Ava's best friend, Emily, joined us for trick or treating.  Ava was Indiana Jones, Claire was a genie, Emily was a cheerleader, and Julianna was Queen Elsa.  We met up with the rest of my family to go trick or treating.  Lealane's family always dresses in a theme and this year was Star Wars.  Great costumes!

In years past we have gone to the downtown area to trick or treat, but it has become so congested that we decided to stay around Granny Buie's neighborhood.  She lives in a great neighborhood and we know most all of the people there.  We had such a great time!  Admittedly, I am not a big fan of Halloween, but this year I really had a wonderful time!  The weather was great, the kids had a blast, and it was not so jammed packed that we could not move.  Success!
