Today Ava, Claire, and I went to the
Sycamore Tree to volunteer. My bible study group at church decided on this to be our mission project for the month. Since the Sycamore Tree depends on generous donations and volunteers to keep the ministry running, we dedicated our time to sorting clothes, labeling clothes, and going through items that had been brought to the Sycamore Tree. Before we went, we talked about how important what we were doing was and how we can offer our time to the glory of God. We discussed how some people do not have basic necessities and this is one way we can help them. We were there for three hours and the girls worked hard the whole time. They definitely want to go back.
