Disney Princesses meet the Murray Princesses

The highlight of our Disney trip was Ava a
nd Claire getting to meet the Disney princesses. Ava was very hesitant to meet them last year and Claire wanted to be held the whole time last year. However, a lot can change in a year. This year the girls could hardly wait to see the princesses and this year a new p
rincess was added, Princess Tiana! We made our way to see Cinderella, Belle, and Sleeping Beauty first. The girls were so excited! They talked with
the princesses and gave each one of them a BIG hug before leaving. This year we took the girls'
"Little Golden Books" that told each of the princesses story and had the princesses sign their book! This will be a precious keep sake for the girls! I posted the book that Tiana and Naveen signed.
Tiana even put a kiss on the book! After we met Cinderella, Belle, and Sleeping Beauty, we made our way
to find Princess Tiana. However, when we arrived there were only a certain number of people allowed in at certain times and we had missed the time. I found the next meeting time and went about 30 minutes early to secure a spot...the line was almost completely full again! Tiana is a popular princess! Tiana was a princess we had to meet. Ava had just had her birthday party in
April and it was a princess Tiana theme, so a meet and greet was mandatory! As we waited in line, it started to rain and we could hear thunder in the distance. We were told that if lightning was spotted or the rain got harder, we would have to leave. Fortunately, it stopped drizzling and the sun came out. Right before we got to the front to meet Tiana and Prince Naveen, Ava
started whining and said she did not want to meet Tiana (she was
tired and hot). Claire, however, was very excited and she and I got our picture made with the Tiana and Naveen. Overall, the p
rincess experience was excellent and the girls have some
memories that will last a life time.

  1. That is a GREAT idea to have them sign the books!

So your girls liked The Princess and The Frog? We haven't seen it yet.

(BTW - I like your blog design!)
