On May 18th Ava graduated from Daycare. Yes my baby will be going to pre-k next year. I cannot believe it!! She was so excited about her graduation program. The kids marched out singing a song and sat in their designated chairs. The evening consisted of the kids singing songs, saying their ABC's, counting, 
and reciting bible verses. Each kid got to recite a nursery rhyme. Ava's nursery rhyme was Little Miss Muffett!! She did excellent on everything and she also received two certificates. She got a preschool readiness certificate and a "shining with the love of Jesus" award. Ava's teacher, Mrs. Lisa, made a slide show of the kids throughout the year and showed it at the end of the ceremony. It was so precious! Everyone was 
treated to refreshments afterwards and the kids got a treat bag! Gigi, Aunt Quincy, Grandpa, and Grandpa came to see Ava. I am excited for Ava to start "big" school next year, but I can't help but feel a little sad that she is leaving the place and people that have watched over her since she was an infant! And it didn't help that Kelly said, "We'll be doing this for real in 14 years!"
