On Friday, our precious pet, Molly, gave birth to her first litter of puppies. She had 10 puppies! There were 8 black ones and 2 brown ones. We are unsure of how many boys and girls there are as they are so new and Molly is so protective of them. Molly has been very good about letting us come around and check on her and the puppies. She is such a good mother and rarely goes more than a few yards away. She gets up long enough to eat and drink. Ava wanted to go out and play with the puppies while Molly was still in the process of having them. Molly is actually Ava's dog that she got for her 2nd birthday and Ava loves her! She does not like the fact that she can't play with her dog for a while. The puppies are so precious and it is going to be hard to give them away!
