Today was the awards ceremony at Ava and Claire's school for the nine weeks. This year is the first year that their school has an award ceremony at the end of each nine weeks for all "A's", "A/B", perfect attendance, and subject awards. It is a short ceremony but it is nice to award the students for their hard work. Claire's ceremony was in the morning and she received a ribbon for all "A's" and perfect attendance. Ava's ceremony was later in the day and she received a ribbon for all "A's", math award, and the star writer award. The girls were so excited and I am so thankful that Kelly and I were able to attend both ceremonies.
