My little pumpkins at the pumpkin patch!

Last Saturday Kelly and I took the girls to the pumpkin patch. The pumpkin patch we take them to is about an hour away on a farm. The family who hosts it have a really nice set-up. On one side of the road is parking and the other side are the farm activities. Eric, Lois, & Hayden met up with us for a fun filled day! There had to be at least 500 people there on Saturday! The farm activities include a bouncy, playground, animal feeding & petting, a cow train and this year they added what I can only describe as a HUGE ground level trampoline (the red, blue, and yellow thing)! It was awesome, and for adults too! They have tons of tents set up with picnic tables and a "CALF-A". The whole area is decorated with pumpkins, hay, and corn stalks! Saturday was very cold and it really felt like the beginning of fall. After we finished the farm activities, we boarded the hay ride and went down a dirt road to the pumpkin patch. After the girls selected their pumpkin, we road back to the main farm area and crossed the road to the corn "maize". Every year the corn maize is very elaborate and we have never fully completed it (small kids and all). The girls loved walking through part of it! It was a wonderful day and we had so much fun!
